The thesis developed the forecast system of effluent quality of sewage treatment based on the virtual instrument platform by using the soft-sensing and the virtual instrument technique. The system has the friendly interface of man-machine each other.And it voluntarily completes forcasting of the effluent quality of sewage according to the parameter value inputed or gathered into the database. The operating crew can adjust the corresponding process parameter, which solves the reaching a set standard problems of effluent quality influenced by the big lag of man-made testing of the effluent quality parameter.The research content and achievements of the thesis are as follows:Firstly, the man-machine each other interface of course parameter input or data acquisition is designed. The original database table, the forcasting database table and the softsensing model database table of sewage treatment course is made perfect. The function of LabVIEW's visit data base is realized by the LabSQL Vis.Secondly, the soft-sensing models are realized with MATLAB and the soft-sensing models algorithm base is formed, which supplies users to select nimbly. MATLAB's Script's node solve the integration of the soft-sensing models algorithm base of sewage treatment course and the virtual instrument, for the practicability of soft-sensing technology is established the foundation;Thirdly, under the development environment of the virtual instrument software LabVIEW's, the friendly interface of man-machine each other of soft-sensing model is designed. The user can nimbly select the type of the soft-sensing model and voluntarily accomplish the forecasting of the soft-sensing according to the course information which the user imports or gathered into the data base. At the same time, the forecasting value of system is returned to the soft board, demonstrated or participated in controlcalculation. If the operating crew will preserve the forecasting value, they can do simple operation and put the value into the forcasting database, the The full course of soft-sensing is accomplished finally.
