Application Research And Countermeasures Of Power Generation Industry Emission Reduction Under The New Situation Of Environmental Regulations

Due to the limited restriction of energy structure of power industry in China, coal is the main power which generates electric power industry emissions environmental pollutants in a large amount of CO2, SO2, COD, NOx, which brought a series of environmental problems. As one of the biggest environmental pollution industries, electric power industry emissions of sulfur dioxide accounted for about 50% of the national total in recent years, resulting in waste water, waste gas and waste residue of the environmental destruction is very serious. The new environmental regulations have a huge impact on the electric power industry from the layout of power, power structure, power technology and power environmental protection investment.This paper discusses the domestic and foreign environmental regulations and its development, and analyzes the status quo and trend of environmental protection regulations in China. System analysis electric power industry on the environment pollution status, and respectively analysis the thermal power, hydropower, nuclear power, and green energy, meanwhile, the environmental impacts of these electric power technology are analyzed. From two aspects of theory and practice, discusses the reasons of power industry environmental regulation performance is low, pointed out that the environmental regulation exists market failure, government failure and the public to participate in supervision. This paper studies the impact of environmental regulations and related environmental regulations on the development of power industry, including the power demand, power supply structure, power distribution, power generation technology and other aspects of the important impact. Taking power plant A desulfurization renovation project as an example, expounds the environmental protection plant renovation project appraisal content and the appraisal process, the technology scheme of the project selection, investment estimation and economic evaluation, factors related to sensitivity analysis and project of environmental benefits and social benefits for the analysis and evaluation. Wish that this study could adjust relevant environmental behavior, pay attention to environmental protection, to comply with new environmental regulations and standards, in strengthening the environmental investment, operation and management decision-making provide reference under the new environmental protection laws and regulations.
