With the improvement of human environmental awareness and management skills,domestic waste incineration power generation technology has developed rapidly.Municipal solid waste incineration power generation can effectively dispose of municipal solid waste,reduce the harm of domestic waste to the environment and reduce the total amount of domestic waste.While the domestic waste power generation project generates power generation and unit operation,it will also produce waste gas,leachate,noise,solid waste and other pollution sources,which will cause secondary pollution to the environment,and the secondary problems still exist.Therefore,environmental impact assessment should be carried out.This paper focuses on the environmental impact assessment of domestic waste power generation and incineration project,constructs the environmental impact assessment index system of domestic waste incineration and power generation project in D City,calculates the weight of the evaluation index by using analytic hierarchy process,and carries out environmental impact assessment combined with fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.In this paper,the environmental impact assessment of domestic waste incineration power generation project in D city is carried out.The evaluation shows that the emission of exhaust gas pollution factors Nox,So2,Hcl,Co,smoke and heavy metals meet the national standards,the emission control of Hcl,Co,smoke and heavy metals is good,and the evaluation grade is good;Nox and So2emission control needs to be strengthened,and the evaluation grade is qualified.The discharge of ammonia nitrogen,Cod,Bod,PH,suspended solids SS and total nitrogen TN of wastewater pollution factors meet the national standards,the discharge control is good,and the evaluation grade is good.The emission of noise pollution factors meets the standard limits,and the noise pollution rating is good;The solid hazardous wastes are mainly slag and fly ash.The evaluation shows that the discretionary reduction rate of slag,solidification moisture content and mercury content of fly ash meet the standard limits,and the evaluation grade is qualified;The comprehensive environmental impact assessment of the project in city D is good.The pollutant discharge of the plant meets the relevant executive standards,has little impact on the environment and does not produce major environmental pollution.There are problems in the project.The pollution control standard for domestic waste incineration in Shandong Province will be implemented on January 1,2025.The pollution factors with good evaluation grade in waste gas have reached the implementation standard,while the pollution factors with qualified evaluation grade can not meet the implementation requirements.Through the environmental impact assessment in this paper,it is suggested that the domestic waste incineration power generation project in D City formulate environmental pollution control measures from the aspects of process control,personnel control and public participation control,and establish a standardized plant environmental management system,so as to provide a powerful basis for pollution control and scientific management in the future.The index system and method of environmental impact assessment in this paper can provide reference for other waste incineration power generation projects to carry out environmental impact assessment.
