In recent years, the PCB industries had a high speed development in our country with the development of household appliances and IT and telecommunications. Most of the current global PCB production had done in our country, because of the electronic terminal products increased demand for PCB, the PCB industries would still present a very good development trend and had a very good market prospects in the future, This gives our country related PCB manufacture enterprise brought rare opportunities for development. In the PCB manufacturing process, PCB CNC drilling was a very important device, its performance largely affected the PCB production speed and quality. However, the now PCB CNC drilling was difficult to meet the higher requirements for electronic end products currently proposed for PCB, motion controller of PCB CNC drilling machine played a very important role in terms of its performance, it was very necessary to study a better performance motion controller for PCB CNC drilling machine.We analyzed the features of the motion control for PCB CNC drilling machine and motion characteristics and status of controller technology, put forward the necessity of research dedicated to PCB CNC drilling machine of the motion controller, we proposed the idea to improve its performance and method; advantages and disadvantages of the existing controller, combined with the characteristics of control needs to redefine the structure of the controller, the controller to complete the design and determine the features of technical specifications; focusing on the completion of the hardware design of the controller, including selection, power circuit design, high-speed pulse output circuit design of the controller core chip, external expansion memory module design, and other peripheral module design; Finally, several key algorithms affected drilling performance were studied and options, including hole positioning the rate plan, adjust and optimize the actual hole machining sequence PID process control. Through the relevant verification, and achieved good effect.
