The mode of economic development in China is turning from the extensive growth of scale and speed to the intensive growth of quality and efficiency. Wire products industry is facing weak independent innovation, the decline in economic efficiency and profitability, business difficulties, intense market competition situations. In response to the economic development situation and enhance the market competitiveness, it is necessary to accelerate the transformation and upgrading, highlighting independent innovation. This thesis presents a design of open CNC wire bending machine system based on motion control card, and realizes the independent research and development of the new special CNC wire bending machine system.This thesis firstly analyzes the development trend of CNC system and the structural characteristics of the open CNC system, and puts forward the design of open CNC wire bending machine system based on motion control card. Through the selection of the system hardware, we construct CNC wire bending machine system platform, and complete the design and development of the human-machine interactive interface and the control system to achieve metal wire bending and automated production in the three-dimensional space.In this thesis, the design of CNC wire bending machine system has friendly human-machine interactive interface and realizes three kinds of control mode as manual, hand-wheeled and automatic mode, convenient to debug the system. Integrated code edit, calibration and automatic execution function improve the function integration and operation convenience of the system. Adopting dual-mode head multi-mode bit architecture can load different bending moulds at the same time and switch automatically. The support for each axis and multi-axis continuous action achieves complex metal wire three-dimensional bending. The G executable code files achieve the automated production of metal wire. According to the bending springback phenomenon in the bending process of metal wire, a springback compensation control strategy based on neural network model is put forward and the rationality is verified by modeling and simulation. By using modular design method based on object, the system has better performance in the expansion, opening, continuity, high speed and automation, which is also easy to maintenance, upgrading and secondary development.
