Waste incineration technology is an effective means to achieve harmless, minimization and resource-oriented of living garbage. However, due to the diversity, complexity and unevenness of MSW components, there will be a lot different, complex chemical reactions in the waste incineration process. These chemical reactions produce harmful ingredient for humans and the environment, that is burning gaseous pollutants. Especially the toxic dioxin, so waste incineration technology’s development is hampered. This paper makes a detailed introduction to the pollutants generated during waste incineration power generation. This paper does in-depth research to the relevant domestic and international literature about secondary pollutants emissions and control. From the source, in the furnace process and outside the furnace process describe the methods how to control waste incineration pollutants, and analyze the relevant factors affecting the emission of pollutants. On the basis of in-depth analysis to pollutant generation, characteristics, removal methods, this paper proposes a gray correlation analysis(GRA) into the least squares support vector machine(LSSVM) modeling method, the experimental data the gray correlation analysis to determine the importance of each factor on the output factors, given its corresponding weight coefficient. Based on the experimental data of the literature, LSSVM model of waste and cotton stalks co-combustion process、pollutants emissions process、dioxins purification process are established.Verification results show that compared to simple LSSVM model, integration of GRA in the LSSVM model has better fitting results and generalization ability.Based on three established LSSVM model, multi-objective optimization functions are designed, and their Pareto optimal solution set are got through the parallel genetic algorithm optimization.Optimization results show that when the working conditions is in the Pareto optimal solution set, the furnace temperature of waste and cotton stalks’ s co-combustion reaches 920℃, pollutants emission values significantly less than the experiment value, the overall optimizing result is better than the experiment value, dioxin cleanup process dioxin removal efficiency reached 98.9%. Optimization results show that the proposed method is feasible and effective, can provide a reference for the optimal control of the actual pollutant waste incineration process. It is important to adjust the value of each variable for the control of pollutants reasonably.
