The uncertain of the control object can often be encountered in the mining production process. The explicit mathematical model are need in the classical control algorithms and the modern control theory, so the fuzzy control technology can achieve better effect in solving this practical problem.In cloth process of Dagushan pellet plant background and the automatic control of the cloth car goals, by using PLC as lower computer and combining with a variety of advanced technology, the cloth car can achieve precise position and uniform cloth. The remote monitoring interface, which is developed by the PC configuration software, can remotely monitor the cloth process, and it can reduce the environmental hazards for operator. By the use of level detection devices and laser rangefinders, operators can accurately know the position of material and cloth car to avoid misuse. PC monitoring system is possessed of the trend cure, data archiving and fault alarm functions, which can reduce the troubleshooting time. This design combines with the advanced control technology and intelligent control algorithm. It can make the cloth process be more intelligent, stable and safe. Meanwhile, the automation level of cloth process can be improved, and the development of the cloth control system can be promoted.By the analysis of the detection, control mode and control strategy of cloth system, as to the cloth car, a fuzzy control method based on PLC is proposed in this paper. a two-input single-output fuzzy controller is used to achieve automatic control of the cloth car. In this process the fuzzy control query table is generated offline by MATLAB, and the fuzzy control algorithm is completed by PLC.The control scheme makes the system run well in the cloth system of Dagushan pellet plant. The designed cloth car automatic system is stable and efficient, and by the fuzzy control algorithms, the position accuracy of cloth car is improved. In addition, this design for the study and application of cloth system provides new control thinking and strategies, and has some theoretical and practical significance.
