Study On The Control System Of Flotation Process Parameters

Flotation process is a kind of advanced preparation technology for separating fine coal, which has the advantages of high precision, high efficiency, small particle size and realizing automation easily. The flotation has been widely used now in the separation of the fine coal.This thesis takes flotation automation transformation project of Zhaolou coal mine as the background. For the process flow of coal preparation plant, the thesis has done effective analysis and research. Based on the function and purpose of flotation control system, it has designed a set of perfect control system plan of flotation. This thesis mainly includes the following aspects:First of all, according to the actual situation of coal preparation plant and the functional requirements, stability and safety of the flotation control system, the thesis formulated a comprehensive program of flotation control system and selected and designed the hardware and software of the control system. Then, the adding of the flotation reagents and regulating of the pulp level are considered. The thesis collects the real-time data of floating pulp concentration and flow rate, the controller PLC calculates the required amount of flotation reagents and controls the diaphragm metering pump to add the reagents. The thesis has established the mathematical model of liquid level system through analysis and assumptions to the flotation liquid level. The thesis adopts the fuzzy PID control algorithm to control the flotation liquid level. At the last, the coal preparation plant adopts configuration software Wincc completed the remote monitoring design of coal preparation plant and OPC technology implemented the collection and transmission of data in the Ethernet. It has formed a distributed control system with good openness and stability and implemented the Web publishing of network monitoring system.The problem of artificial regulation and phenomenon of serious waste in the coal preparation plant have been solved through the automation transformation of flotation system in the coal preparation plant. The flotation system has had good control performance which improves work efficiency and products some economic benefits.
