Spinning is one of the advanced mechanical treatments and it is used to form thin-walled rotary elements.It is produced a kind of motion which is supported by rotary tools. To be exactly, it puts pressure on mental blank which is rotated along the same axis with the core and finally it makes the mental blank becoming the required hollow rotary elements which is produced continuous local plastic deformation. Spinning technology is a kind of continuous local plastic forming process and belongs to the category of rotary forming. It’s suited to mould for ax symmetric body with large ratio of diameter and thickness. We must promote the spinning machine hydraulic system and automatic control technology because nowadays there is a wide gap between China’s CNC spinning machine and foreign advanced countries’. This dissertation is developing research on rotary compressor, hydraulic system and control system with good stability, high precision, high efficiency and good safety as the goal and based on current research on domestic and foreign countries’belt sheave spinning machine.Firstly this dissertation describes the constitution of mechanism and working principle. According to the main technical parameters of GSC3012A belt sheave and the action process of spinning machine, it is simulated by ABAQUS simulation software simulation. As a result, it is proved that the driving force of main technical parameters of GSC3012A belt sheave spinning machine is reasonable and provide a mechanical basis for the design of hydraulic system of spinning machine.Based on the original hydraulic system principle diagram and analysis of the main problems, the new hydraulic system is designed based on the load sensitive valve. Schematic diagram of hydraulic system is established. The main parameters of hydraulic actuator are calculated. The suited model is selected. All the above process is used to solve the main problem of the rapid increase on oil temperature and dispersion of element.It reduces the system consumption and raises the efficient as a goal.Spinning machine control system is designed based on PLC and demanded for belt sheave rotating compressor control. The FX3U-128MT/ES-A type PLC is selected as the controller. 4AD module setting is based on different working conditions of the clamping cylinder pressure. 4AD module detects the oil temperature automatically and the corresponding controls device for heating or cooling. The 4DA module controls multi way valve proportional electromagnet to achieve slow and back process. The 1HC module motion system of the hydraulic cylinder adapts to the different needs of products processing.The rotary compressor PLC wiring diagram is designed. Design of rotary compressor human-machine interface control panel and spinning machine control system is based on the basic principle and the spinning machine control system, man-machine interface design.Finally, a simulation experiment is carried out on the belt sheave rotating compressor control system. Through the displacement of grating with high speed counter with the use, it’s verified that the control system can meet ±0.15mm tolerance requirements and laid the foundation for the next step of on-line debugging.
