In coal mine industry, daily safety production management and emergency rescue after accident are hot topics on which industry personnel have paid much attention. Mine personnel location system can realize the real-time location of mine workers. As well as improving the efficiency of production and management, it also provides the accurate location information for emergency rescue after the accident, greatly improving the rescue efficiency. Therefore, to establish a set of perfect mine personnel location system is of great practical significance.This thesis analyzes the current research and development of the mine personnel location system at home and abroad, and introduces the characteristics, standards, working principles and development process of RFID technology. We also make a thorough research on the composition of RFID tag and reader and anti-collision problem in RFID system. On this basis, through the detailed analysis on functional requirements of the mine personnel location system, the radio frequency system working frequency, the personnel location scheme and the underground communication scheme, the overall design scheme of the mine personnel regional location system based on industrial ethernet and RS-485 bus communication scheme is presented, on the basis of which the software and hardware of the key equipments of the mine personnel location system, reader substation and monitoring substation, are designed and implemented.In order to meet the real-time request of the mine personnel location system, the real-time optimization scheme of LwIP is designed and implemented by analyzing the mechanism and performance bottlenecks of the LwIP in monitoring substation. Additionally, this thesis presents the management mechanism of the priority, and ensures that the emergency data take precedence over ordinary data. Finally, experiment is presented to prove that these optimization methods improve the real-time performance of LwIP.
