The coal that was not buried deep, will be mined-out. However, the clooser to the center of the earth, the higher the temperature of the rocks, resulting the phenomenon of heat disaster in deep mine. Heat disaster is serious impact on the productivity and health of workers. Currently, the depth of deepest mining area in SanDu mine was﹣800 meters. Phenomenon of heat disaster was obvious. Previously, the mining area is not deep, not paid much attention to the temperature rise of the mine area during the geological exploration.In this paper, firstly, investigated TangDong mine and Zhou YuanShan mine, collected hydrological data and geological data of SanDu mine. Secondly, processing and analysis these data, corrected the approximate steady-state temperature borehole data. Determine the depth of thermostat area in SanDu mine. Used MATLAB fiting geothermal data, prediction formulas of geothermal in two mines were derived, use professional graphics software named surfer, to draw contour chart of 4th coal seam in SanDu mine, isotherm chart of 4th coal seam, the contour chart of geothermal gradient of 4th coal seam, and the mining area is divided into first order heat disaster area and second order heat disaster area. The figure shows: geothermal gradient in the normal range, first order heat disaster area’s level ranges for-420 m to-650m; second order heat disaster area’s level was-650 m below. Thirdly, Analyzed Heat Source of Sandu mine, take 3212 mining area for example, calculated the value of each Heat Source of the 3212 mining area, analyzed the proportion of each Heat Source’s value in total Heat Source’s value, value of the heat emitting from the Wall Rock accounted for more than 60%, because the calculation of each Heat Source’s value were complex, the software of cooling load calculation and geothermal forecasting for Sandu mine mentioned in chapter five was based on the back analysis algorithm of cooling load in deep mines.Fourthly, based on hydrological data, geological data, formula of earth temperature prediction and back analysis algorithm of cooling load, use rapid application development software named Delphi, wrote a software of cooling load calculation and geothermal forecasting for Sandu mine, it meets the achieve the desired goals. This paper provides technical reference to deep mining heat disaster prevention in Sandu mine.
