| As the use of mask products is becoming more and more popular, the industry seems in its market booming stage. But lots of toxic mask cases happened frequently are deemed big warnings for the quality control issue of this industry. The quality of products is determined on its design phase not on the production phase.The design of quality control in product development determines the quality of final products.The defects or flaws in design phase can hardly be corrected in the following production phase or the correction will cost a lot of efforts.Based on DFSS methodology and the characteristics of R&D for facial mask product development, this thesis adopts the analysis of VOC, identifies the customer requirements, then converts these requirements to the key technical indicators or parameters for the quality control of facial mask spunlace, aluminum foil bag and essence. As the carrier of essence, new facial mask spunlace development is relevant to many factors. The results of benchmark analysis by QFD and the requirements of facial mask will be converted to the key parameters or indexes of the new mask product development. For the design of formula and routing process to essence, FMEA,fish bone tools are used to analysis and optimize the process. For the design of aluminum foil bag, it is optimized through the benchmark analysis to determine the key technical indicators. This thesis proposes a new methodology for the quality control and quality improvement of new product development. By this methodology, high quality facial mask products can be achieved to meet the customer requirements. |
