In response to consumers’ subdivision of the functional needs of adhesive mask base cloth and mask base cloth market expansion,this subject uses soft and skin-friendly acetate fiber(CA)and natural antibacterial chitosan fibers(CS)that can absorb heavy metal ions,the phase change temperature viscose fiber(PTV)that senses the change of the outside temperature and automatically adjusts the temperature as raw materials,uses the spunlace process to prepare the green and environmentally friendly sticker mask base cloth that is antibacterial,temperature adjustment,and adsorbing harmful metal ions.This subject first explores the properties of the three fibers.According to the controlled variable method,fibers are spunlaced to prepare mask base cloth with different mixing ratio,surface density,and water jet pressure,and the relevant properties of the base cloth are tested and analyzed to prepare an optimized group.Through the analysis of temperature regulation and metal ion adsorption of the optimized group,orthogonal test range analysis method is used to optimize the above functions of the base cloth.Besides,MATLAB program is used to analyze the influence degree of various factors on base cloth performance.The details are as follows:(1)The three types fibers’ dry and wet tensile properties,friction properties,mass specific resistance,crimp,moisture regain,and antibacterial properties were tested and analyzed: in the dry and wet state,CA strength is the lowest.The friction coefficient of CS is the smallest,and fibers are not easily entangled when forming a web.The mass specific resistance of CA and CS is relatively large,and it is easy to generate static electricity when combing.CA has the worst hygroscopicity,and it is more likely to generate static electricity during processing,so attention should be paid to humidity control.The antibacterial rate of CS against Escherichia coli is higher than 90%,which has the best antibacterial effect,the antibacterial rate of CA is higher than 80%,and PTV has no antibacterial effect;(2)According to the fiber performance test results,the three types fibers were opened,carded,laid,and spunlaced to prepare mask base cloth refers to five different mixing ratios,surface density,and water jet pressures.In order to realize the rational utilization of resources and achieve the base cloth "invisible" effect,preparation process parameters are as follows: blending ratio of CA to CS to PTV is 90:5:5、80:10:10、70:15:15、60:20:20、50:25:25,surface density is 40 g/m2、55 g/m2、70g/m2、85 g/m2、100 g/m2,water jet pressure is 1Mpa、2Mpa、3Mpa、4Mpa、5Mpa;(3)The base cloth thickness,apparent morphology,mechanical properties,air permeability,moisture permeability,light permeability,softness,water absorption,DSC,antibacterial,and metal ion adsorption test analysis found that the prepared base cloth meets the basic requirements for use and has Two-way temperature adjustment function,and the temperature adjustment range is in line with the human facial temperature change,which meets the comfort requirements.Except for the two groups of CA/CS/PTV = 80:10:10 and 90:5:5,the antibacterial properties of the others are in line with GB15979-2002 "Sanitary Standards for Disposable Sanitary Products".The base cloth ion adsorption effect is mainly determined by the proportion of CS.In order to improve the overall performance of the base cloth and meet the requirements of antibacterial,temperature adjustment and metal ion adsorption,the base cloth surface density>55 g/m2、2Mpa<water jet pressure≤5Mpa、the proportion of CS>10%;(4)Refer to the above test conclusions to set the process parameters of the optimized group of base cloth,CA:CS:PTV = 70:15:15、60:20:20、50:25:25,surface density is 70 g/m2、85 g/m2、100 g/m2,water jet pressure is 2Mpa、3Mpa、4Mpa.Analyze the base cloth temperature regulation performance and ion adsorption changes under the influence of different mixing ratio,surface density and water jet pressure through single factor test,and use the orthogonal test range analysis method to adjust the base cloth temperature regulation and ion adsorption performance.The best process parameters for temperature regulation performance are obtained as CA:CS:PTV=50:25:25、surface density is 85 g/m2、water jet pressure is 4Mpa.The best process parameters for ion adsorption performance is CA:CS:PTV=50:25:25、surface density 55 g/m2、water jet pressure is 4Mpa.Using the MATLAB program analysis of variance method performed a significant test on the fiber mixing ratio,surface density,and water jet pressure,it is concluded that the fiber mixing ratio is the most critical factor affecting the above-mentioned performance of the base cloth.
