This subject, entrusted by the enterprise, develops a set of intelligent testing system for the water module in the gas-fired heating an hot water combi-boiler laboratory to mainly test its pressure, water flow and pump performance. The testing system is mainly applied in the Product Design & Test Department, based on Gas Heating Boiler upon National Standard GB25034.The design of testing system is elaborated for the water module of gas-fired heating and hot water combi-boiler. The comprehensive test system is designed using hardware equipments such as intelligent sensor, IPC with high stability and PLC, based on object-oriented programming ideas and modular programming. The testing system consists of control module and data acquisition and processing module. The control module controls the system by using PLC, pneumatic valve, and electromagnetic valve. The pressure and flow is collected by pressure sensor and the electromagnetic flowmeter, then this acquistion parameters are transferd to eqigynous machine with PLC.According to the demand of enterprise and the design requirement, the application software of testing and control system is developed based on C++Builder 6.0,mainly providing the data acquisition, data storage,statements printing, implementation of system control and function switching.The test results indicates that the functions of the comprehensive test system for the performance of water module meet the requirements what we want. The precision of the data meets the technology requirements of enterprise. The comprehensive test system of the water module of gas-fired heating and hot water combi-boiler is automation and efficiency.
