Research On The System For Dual-purpose Stove General Testing Based On IPC

In this paper, researched a testing system of dual-purpose stove based on IPC(Industrial Personal Computer). According to national standard GB6932-2001 home gas heater and GB/T16155-2001 standard of home gas appliances,a design of dual-purpose stove testing system is made. This testing system is useful for manufactories and quality supervisory departments to do the test more quickly and conveniently, so that the safe and reassuring products can be put in the market. This IPC's system uses multiple channels counter/timer card PCI-1780, data-acquisition card PCL-818L, Smartio C104H Series card, series facilities such as EDA9011 and AN9641C and so on.It is used for general capability testing of Dual-purpose stove, and to realize the dual-purpose stove's testing of pressure resist property, heating property, hot water property, safety property, scale valve's second pressure and so on. In the beginning of this paper, introduced a general test system of dual-purpose stove, and analyzed the structure of this system. Then gave the explain of hardware and software design of temperature test, pressure test, gas and liquid flux test, electronic valves control and so on. All of these tests are necessary. In the part of software design, introduced some technologies of series communications, multimedia timer, multi-thread, linking SQL database, making report forms in C++ Builder developing environment, so that the functions of this system is more complete. In the end, some summarization and prospect has been given.
