Our country is pig production and consumption country in recent years, have a significant increase in the number and scale of pig production farm. Because since the 1960 s, large-scale pig farms in order to save on labor, mechanization and efficiency, the use of water to clear the pig pig manure has become the major producers of pig manure to clear the main process, therefore, the pig production the anaerobic digestion of manure septic tank after treatment, the land treatment(including agricultural land and non-agricultural land) has become internationally recognized as the most economical and effective way of waste treatment.Because of the anaerobic digestion of reduced volume, low energy consumption, good stability, and therefore, high organic concentration in wastewater treatment is widely used. However, the slow rate of biodegradation, typically anaerobic digestion 20-30 d, VS removal rate was 30%-40%, in order to improve the rate of hydrolysis, to improve performance of anaerobic digestion, increase processing efficiency, accelerate anaerobic digestion of sludge stabilization and reduction, this study was designed to take advantage of the removal of lactic acid bacteria in manure pest pretreatment, and then voted to join pretreated manure bacteria in waste treatment capabilities of new technology, Changling County of Jilin COFCO home CAPRICORN pig farms observant dung for the study of microbial inoculation through the use of enhanced technology, and septage treatment effect of pretreatment temperature and start the reactor and manure anaerobic digestion reactor were studied. The main conclusions are as follows:1.Large-scale pig farms observant manure can be used as a variety of microbial nutrient medium. High-pressure steam sterilization after sterilization, at 25 ℃ culture conditions, cultured for 5 days, the maximum number of Lactobacillus Lactobacillus sp.2001 reach 6.7 × 107 cfu / ml. For the test in the first six days of Pseudomonas per milliliter culture medium can reach hundreds of millions of cells, cultured Bacillus in the first seven days per ml culture medium can also be reached on a one hundred million cells;2.E. coli and Lactobacillus growth of intestinal flora has better growth inhibition, 30 days of removal of E. coli and intestinal flora and 45.24%, respectively, 49.21%.3.In the liquid volume 1950 mL, put manure 50 mL daily condition, pre-treatment and anaerobic digestion reactor stable operation. The pH of the reactor have not changed greatly in the reactor as the main bacterial flora, enhanced Pseudomonas, Bacillus and Lactobacillus still dominant bacteria, E. coli get in addition to get.4. Sewage anaerobic digestion reactor for TS, VS showed better removal efficiency at 25 ℃, 30 days TS removal efficiency was 55.8% compared with 19.2% in the control routine handling high 36.6%; VS removal 52.7 % compared with conventional treatment control34.38% 18.32% high. 5. Sewage anaerobic digestion reactor for COD, TP, NH + 4-N also showed better removal. At 25 ℃, 30 days, COD removal rate was 59.5%, NH + 4-N concentration of 265.2mg / L, anaerobic digestion of total phosphorus removal was 19.2%.
