Slope engineering is a dangerous f actor, it widely exists in various engineering fields of geotechnical engineering projects. The stability o f slope is a m atter of the whole project can go smoothly and project life safety of operating personnel, sometimes even affects the development of national economy and social stability. Therefore, a good job of monitoring slope and maintaining the stability of the slope has important practical significance. This article focuses on the research slope m onitoring and early warning method based on the technology of Internet of things.A complete open pit slope m onitoring system must include data acquisition, data transmission, data m anagement and data analysis process. Slope monitoring are analyzed in this pape r, the main research content is divided into data acquisition instrument based on the front research a nd based on the back-end data processing method. On the monitoring data acquisition, the traditional methods tend to a single monitoring instrument, only on data processi ng using artificial report for m, no real monitoring and early warning. This paper proposes a m ulti-parameter remote monitoring system based on Internet of th ings technology, combining GPS locator and several kinds of sensing device, to gather including surface displacem ent and deep displacement, ground water level, multiple para meters such as stres s and strain data. Through the ZigBee technology, the data transm ission to the distant m onitoring room, with the wireless transmission process of monitoring data. The use of the inform ation fusion technology, database management and Web services, classifying monitoring data management. The linear correlation analys is, curve fitting, kalman filtering processing of data preprocessing. By analyzing the data, using re liability theory, based on the strength reduction fem and acoustic emission technology such as prediction criterion of early warning of possible inst ability of slope.Finally, on th e basis of analysis of the previous four parts research, we h ave developed a m ulti-parameter slope m onitoring system software which could ef fectively manage of the slope m onitoring data.but the practicality of it remains to be verified.The innovation of this article is th at proposes a multiple parameters, equipment system integration of m onitoring technology. At the sam e time, the Zigbee technology in the use of similar monitoring, fully embodies the Internet of things technology in the field of slope engineering technology adva ntages, also for special terrain data monitoring provides a new method. In the process of data analysis, the reliability theory is suitable for the local stability of the sl ope, the finite element method is more focused on the stress analysis and defor mation prediction of slope, the advantage of acoustic emission technique can detect the change of displacement of deep rock mass, combined three methods of analysis, can be more scientific to predict the slope stability.
