In recent years,the Internet of Things perception technology has been rapidly promoted and applied.In order to improve the timeliness and accuracy of slope monitoring and early warning,Pingzhuang Coal West Open Coal Mine has applied the intelligent monitoring system of TM30 measuring robot slope based on the Internet of Things technology.According to the architecture of the Internet of Things,the perception layer of the monitoring system is the TM30 measurement robot.The key device of the sensing layer is the CCD(Charge Coupled Device)image sensor.The TM30 measurement robot mainly uses CCD to collect and process data.This paper briefly introduces the six characteristics of CCD(photosensitive resolution,spectral response,photoelectric conversion,dynamic range,dark signal,driving frequency),the four-step program(signal charge generation,storage,transmission and detection)and the CCD target identification tracking station The three technologies used(piezoelectric ceramic drive technology,automatic target illumination technology,small field technology)and a function(target visual function).On this basis,the factors affecting the CCD working efficiency are studied by establishing MTF model.Through the study,it is found that the greater the photosensitive area of the pixel in the CCD,the higher the photosensitive resolution;The more complex the geometry of the pixel structure in the CCD of the same size,the higher the photosensitive resolution.The higher the photosensitive resolution,the more accurate the data acquisition and processing,the more accurate the slope monitoring and early warning.The paper also describes the improved application of the perceptual layer,that is,the TM30 measurement robot has a good effect in the monitoring and warning of the slope of the West Open Coal Mine in Pingzhuang Coal Industry,because the part of the open pit of the West Open Coal Mine is closed.Pingzhuang coal industry applied this intelligent monitoring system to the monitoring and early warning of the slope of Baiyinhua No.1 mine in Pingzhuang coal industry,but it did not meet the needs of monitoring and early warning.In order to meet the monitoring and early warning needs,the perception layer was improved.Using the conclusions of modeling and analysis,the geometry of the CCD pixel structure in the TM30 measurement robot was changed from a rectangle to an octagon,and other supporting facilities and monitoring software remained unchanged.It constitutes a new slope intelligent monitoring system,namely the TM30 S slope intelligent monitoring system.The maximum monitoring distance has been increased to 2700 meters and it has been tested for six months.Through the data analysis of monitoring,it can be concluded that the TM30 S slope intelligent monitoring system can meet the monitoring and early warning needs of Baiyinhua No.1 mine slope,verify the correctness of modeling and analysis,and lay a foundation for the application of Internet of Things sensing technology in the slope monitoring of open coal mine.The paper has 44 figures,4 tables,and 52 references.
