| Offshore platform equipment with complex structure, relatively large in size, making characteristics of higher cost. The working environment is very harsh, oil and gas may have damaged the leakage accident and will have great influence on the ecological. So, the safety work is the focus of people’s attention through the repair guarantee.Enhanced state repair(CBM+) as a prevention and diagnosis in a form of active repair equipment germination under fault condition, it is the ocean platform equipment repair support technology of the future and is one of the important developing trends. This paper refers to the basic theory of domestic and foreign CBM+ repair guarantee, guarantee from the repair strategy selection, condition assessment strategy selection, cycle optimization decision selection and genetic algorithm in the application. These four aspects are given a specific research plan.The main research works of this paper are summarized as follows:(1) Studied the CBM+ concept, the theory of state repair features, core technology and its development direction.(2) Studied the evaluation of offshore platform equipment important degree of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation based on the algorithm, which is established based on the failure of security and system function, effects of offshore platform equipment failure frequency, repair support cost, outage losses, monitoring, outage time, maintenance and security of the degree of difficulty of offshore platform equipment importance the evaluation index system, comprehensive evaluation model will be given; then, with the ocean platform rig equipment as the object, the use of repair guarantee strategy choice importance evaluation algorithm based on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation; secondly, the improved genetic algorithm(IGA) and genetic algorithm(GA) is applied to the offshore platform equipment repair support scheme and problem, through simulation, verified the validity of the improved algorithm.(3) The main component evaluation theory is introduced to the offshore platform equipment state parameters of the evaluation system, using principal components analysis model of main parts of marine drilling platform are evaluated, and the feasibility and effectiveness of the method was verified by simulation.(4) The reliability model based on maximum repair guarantee period and maximum availability, minimum cost based model is studied, and applied in the main equipment and auxiliary equipment of offshore platform in the repair guarantee, so as to determine the optimal repair equipment guarantee period. |
