Research On Reliability Analysis And Maintenance Strategy Of Belt Conveyor Drive System

With the increasing complexity of enterprise equipment systems and the diversified development,maintenance decisions for equipment maintenance personnel are also facing huge challenges.Equipment maintenance decision directly affects the company's operating costs and production efficiency,so how to formulate a scientific equipment maintenance strategy It plays an important role in reducing costs,improving efficiency and improving market competitiveness of coal enterprises.First,this article introduces the background and significance of the topic,the current status of preventive maintenance research at home and abroad,and the research content and methods of this article.Based on this,the reliability theory,equipment maintenance theory,and genetic algorithms are introduced.Secondly,the composition of the belt conveyor drive system is introduced.Based on this,the drive system is analyzed for reliability,including fault tree analysis and reliability life analysis,to assist maintenance personnel in daily maintenance,and to formulate maintenance strategies for the following.Laying the foundation.Then,taking the reliability of the single component as a constraint and the minimum maintenance cost per unit time as the goal,a preventive maintenance strategy model for the single component was established,and the model solution method was given.The belt conveyor drive system was used as an example to verify.Optimal preventive maintenance strategy for each component of the drive system.Finally,on the basis of the previous section,the introduction of opportunity maintenance,based on the opportunity maintenance thresholds and judgment standards for single components,optimizes the preventive maintenance decisions of multiple components of the drive system within a limited operating time,and establishes the goal of minimizing maintenance costs.Opportunity preventive maintenance strategy optimization model,and give examples to analyze,and draw the drive system opportunity preventive maintenance strategy,and provide support for enterprises to formulate maintenance plans and reduce maintenance costs.
