Research On The Chinese Kitchen Ware Design Based On Affairology In The Future

Food is people’s No. l need and people’s life cannot be without three meals a day. With the increasing attention to the quality of life, people have a higher demand for the kitchen, so kitchen again becomes the focus of attention. Kitchen utensils is gradually updated with people’s demand, and China’s kitchen utensils should be friendly with the users and natural environment in the future, which is not only associated with citizens’ physical and mental health, but also China’s future development of the society. Design affairology is a methodology about design as the guide of analysis of things and method searching.This paper, based on related thoughts of affairology and theory of design affairology, studies and explores China’s kitchen utensils in the future and the design.(1) People’s life style change under the background of urbanization and change of role of kitchen in life are analyzed, which is the background matting and reference of topic.(2) Based on affairology, the connotation and content of cooking as the research target are analyzed, and with kitchen utensils as the research target, external and internal causes are studied.(3) Matching between kitchen utensil users’ level of demand, way of information handling, physical characteristics and kitchen utensils is studied, which can provide valuable reference for design of kitchen utensils.(4) Kitchen utensils as a system divided into preparation system, production system and processing system are studied. In terms of preparation system, way of food storage, cleaning and pretreatment is analyzed; on production system, the kitchen utensils are studied from the perspective of single focus service system and multiple focuses service system; processing system is analyzed from way of cleaning kitchen utensils and way of waste processing.(5) With kitchen utensils as the core component of cooking, the relationship between kitchen utensils and natural environment, kitchen utensils and users as well as relationship among the users are analyzed and the role of kitchen utensils in the establishment of harmonious relationship is analyzed and summarized.
