Study On The Construction Of Quanzhou Ecological City In The Perspective Of Ecological Civilization

Ecological city is a concrete manifestation that the concept of sustainable development in the process of construction. It is the important carrier and foundation of executing ecological civilization construction currently; It is the progressive model of harmony between man and nature; It is the inevitable choice that China conduct the strategy of sustainable development. In this context, exploring countermeasures to build the ecological city of Quanzhou and promoting it to be a national ecological city construction with stress, and step by step to solve the related problems. There is an enormous significance for Quanzhou to establish the national level of ecological city and make it become the best place, where people living with happiness, wealthy and beauty as soon as possible.Based on this, this essay attempts to study the vision of ecological city civilization construction in Quanzhou city ecological. We plan to construct the eco city of Quanzhou by combing the background and foundation of Quanzhou ecological city’s construction; To construct the eco city of Quanzhou by making the planning and refer to its preliminary results; To Analysis problems and their causes which occur in the course of eco city construction in Quanzhou; To base on the experience and lessons which learned from the eco city construction at home and abroad;We focus on the concrete and feasible strategies and suggestions for Quanzhou eco city’s construction. As far as we concerned,in the view of ecological civilization, we require the concept’s transformation from the traditional industrial civilization to ecological civilization to construct the eco city construction of Quanzhou. Harmoniously, From the specific measures, We should reflect on the past only-one pattern which relied on the government completely, and we should observe the three main factors :the government, enterprises and the public;We should clarify the respective responsibilities. Only by doing this, we can form a multiple interactive model which leaded by government, enterprises and the public occupy wide participation. Finally, we can give it a hand to the construction of Quanzhou’s eco city fundamentally and smoothly.
