This thesis is based on the production of electrical automation control project work material stearate Siemens S7-200 smart PLC and MCGS HMI.The purpose is to achieve automated production workpiece stearate.Focus is on PLC and HMI monitoring control section.PLC control part that is the core of the control area of the automated control system for controlling operation of the entire system, It does this by collecting some outside input unit "switch" signal through the PLC internal logic calculations, comprehensive analysis, logic processing and the like to control the output unit, and then to control all inverters, motors, valves, etc. running;HMI monitor part of the system on the one hand and the PLC a variety of sports status and monitoring information of each device in real time via Industrial Ethernet communication, but also can be used to control each motor, valve, frequency through some device off button on the touchscreen, electrical components, etc. during operation.The system is to achieve the acquisition signals to an external device through the analysis of PLC logic output signal to the inverter to control the screw feeder, classifier, mill run state, while the output signal PLC control high pressure blower, separator, unloading machineIt is running.System also use a number of transformers with power meter to measure the power value associated circuitry, to ensure safe operation of the associated motor.Communications systems and PLC, MCGS programming PLC and MCGS HMI are using industrial Ethernet communication PLC and MCGS HMI running a real-time sharing of information on electrical equipment;To avoid grading machine, grinder, high pressure air between overload fault affecting the safe operation of these devices, PLC with the power table with modbus communication, to achieve real-time acquisition-related charge each PLC battery gauge logical analysis.
