Conducted an investigation on the current situation of mine water resource utilization in mining area of a group in southern Hebei,The experiment, design and application research of the mine water resources key technology for high suspended solids and high salinity mine water are carried out.The total amount of mine water discharge in southern Hebei is 37500 m3/d, the mining area own water is 24950 m3/d, the own rate is 67%, if the 20-25% of the water used for irrigation is comprised, the total mine water utilization rate can reach 90% or more. According to mine water quality analysis, there are four major categories are regular mine water、 mine water with high suspended solids、 mine water with high salinity and special contaminated mine water. For removal of suspended solids they all use the crafts that clarification(coagulation sedimentation) + filtration, the treatment rate reaches 100%.Summarizing the mine water resources key technology of the high suspended solids mine water, it includes that preformed precipitate regulating effect, the choice of coagulants and hydraulic conditions(GT value), sludge return action. The particle size analysis and settling performance tests for the high suspended solids mine water of Five and Six Mine show that: the particle size of the suspended solids in the mine water is 1-20μm, the removal rate of suspended solids up to 80% if the free settling time is greater than 1h. So we can use the preformed precipitate regulating reservoir to remove those suspended solids what is easy settlement to reduce the load for the subsequent process. The quality of Five Mine water has big change, we need to replace different agents based on water quality in the process in order to meet the emission standards.We get the optimal pharmaceutical composition and dosage for the three water qualities of the Five Mine is that : PAC(80mg/L)+NPAM(0.4mg/L), PAC(80mg/L)+CPAM(0.4mg/L), PAC(80mg/L)+ 200 mesh magnetic particle(100mg/L).After the test results used in engineering, the clarification result is satisfactory, the backwash cycle of the clarifier returns to normal. The coagulation tests on Six Mine water showed, the optimal pharmaceutical composition and dosage is that: PAC(80mg/L)+NPAM(1mg/L) + 200 mesh magnetic particle(100mg/L). After the test results used in engineering, the system operating normally, the treatment effect is satisfactory.Summarizing the mine water resources key technology of the high salinity mine water, it includes that strengthening pretreatment, the optimization design of RO desalination process, membrane pollution control. We use UF-RO process for the high salinity mine water of Five Mine by comparison program. Estimated the total investment is 3,900,000 yuan. The cost of water is 2.01 yuan / m3. Annual income can up to 983,000 yuan. We ues the method that first cleaning using alkali solution and next cleaning using acid solution and the last using antiseptic for the membrane fouling of Six Mine RO system. The washings are alkali solution(0.2%NaOH), acid solution(0.2%HCl), antiseptic(1% formaldehyde). The indicators of RO water restored to the original state basically after cleaning, the system operating stably, the water production and desalination rate close to the design value, achieving the desired effect.
