A Study On Resourcelization Of Household Waste In Pulandian City

With the development of economy and the improvement of people’s living standard, the amount of household waste is on the rise over the years, which is a major problem faced by modern city and an important factor affecting environmental protection, urban construction, social civilization, ecological civilization and sustainable development. However, from the perspective of resource, urban household waste is a kind of recycled resource containing various substance and energy. If recycled and reused, urban household waste can not only alleviate its negative effects on urban environment, but also provide resource for city development. Developing potential resource from urban household waste and promote new industries in urban life have wide market prospect.This thesis intends to give an analysis of the present situation of urban household waste resource in Pulandian City, including its basic refuse disposal method, resource management, and resource method, and analyze the existing problems and causes of household waste resource in Pulandian City through literature review, research, data statistics and comparison based on the study of extensive literature. With the successful experiences at home and abroad, this thesis puts forward a reform scheme suitable for urban household waste resource in Pulandian City in terms of the principle of urban household waste resource reform, goal and the keystone, and then demonstrates the feasibility of the reform scheme with regard to the current policy, technology, market, the former scheme of pilot project and expansion, and the economic benefits brought by reform, with the purpose of finding a possible developing path for urban household waste resource in Pulandian City as well as offering constructive advice and suggestion on policy and regulation, industrialization and people’s awareness of environmental protection.
