| Using the Finite Element Analysis theory, the case body structure of the integrative movable sewage treatment equipment were analyzed. Based on the analysis, some suggestions to improving structure were put forward. The main research contents were the static analysis and modal analysis. According to the experimental modal frequency data of the equipment structure, the body structure was optimized, so that the sewage treatment equipment had reasonable structure configuration and excellent dynamic and static performance, moreover reduced the vibration of the objective. The specific research contents were as follows:1. With related structural parameters of the integrative movable sewage treatment equipment as input conditions, using the Solidworks software, the solid modeling and the virtual installation of the main components of the equipment were carried out. and then basing on the entity model, it was transformed into the ANSYS finite element model. Basing on the ANSYS finite element analysis method, the statics and modal analysisof equipment body structure were finished.2. The plate thickness of the movable sewage treatment equipment is variable, to study its effects on the dynamic characteristics of movable sewage treatment equipment. Through the Finite Element Analysis, we could obtain the effects on the static and dynamic characteristics of plate thickness of the movable sewage treatment equipment.3. Based on the TST test analysis system, the modal parameters of the movable sewage treatment equipment were extracted under the working state, and 50 points of the movable sewage treatment equipment under the working condition were tested and analysized. In the 0~1000Hz frequency band, the structural natural frequency, damping and modal vibration shape were extracted, comparing the working mode with the theory to calculate the modal, the modal parameters of the equipment body were reflected through the working mode, and they could be more accurate to identify, and the Finite Element Analysis results was validated.4. The modified the calculation results of the movable sewage treatment equipment was obtained through creating a modified finite element model, the modal analysis and static analysis, and modifying the before and after the comparison of calculated results. The first four order modal frequency than the original design were increased by 17.19%,6.59%, 16.7%,31.49%, the biggest static deformation increased by 12.3%, the overall weight was reduced by 8.25%. |
