At present, metallurgy, mining, building materials, chemical industry, hydropower and other industrial sectors, material breaking are occupying an increasingly important position. Material crushing as a process every year, a large number of raw materials and reuse of waste need to be crushed. With the increase in ore and building materials demand constantly increasing, industrial for a greater and greater proportion of recycled materials used, coupled with energy shortages, need continuous improvement of crushing operations. Cone crusher, improve the efficiency of its work, to achieve "more crushing and less grinding" be the focus of our research. Through the cone Crusher mobile mechanics analysis and research of the cone system, to realize the purpose of improving their work performance and extend the life.This article mainly through finite element analysis software Ansys Workbench to fixed cone of cone Crusher system(including spindles, movable Cone and fixed cone liner) conducted a study on Nonlinear Mechanics. First of all, according to Cone Crusher working characteristics and related literature, summed up the work at the limits of cone Crusher crushing force ductility levels at circumference and vertical relationship, establish integrated laminate theory and limit position characteristic of cone Crusher crushing force of mathematical expressions, laying the foundations for finite element analysis of the back;Finally, in order to prevent cone Crusher cone system caused by resonance in a work process, using Ansys-Workbench software on the cone systems and components of the first ten modal analysis, the vibration frequency and the maximum displacement is obtained and compared with the frequency of cone crusher, does not resonate conclusions are drawn. Through modal harmonic response study of cone liner, its work force with excitation frequency relationship.Through the cone Crusher crushing system of finite element analysis, modal analysis and harmonic analysis, provides theoretical basis for structural improvement and perfection of cone crusher, has a strong practical value.
