The beam structure reliability of the machine tool directly affect the service life and machining accuracy of the machine tool. This research takes a large beam of Long men milling machine as the research object, by changing the layout of the beam internal rib structure, combining with workbench software, using the conceptual modeling methods, establishes the M type W type O type three beam structure, and their structures were optimized and analyzed for the reliability.This research firstly introduces the background and significance of the research, expounds how to optimize the structure and improve the reliability of the beam structure, so as to improve the reliability of the whole machine. And briefly introduces the development history and domestic and foreign research on the reliability of the reliability theory.In addition this researchr makes the static analysis of three kinds of beam structure, and using the response surface method multi objective optimizates the beam structure. Based on sensitivity analysis and the result of statics, the response surface method selected in beam structure has a greater influence on the stiffness and strength parameters, and takes them as the main input variables and the optimization of the beam stiffness and strength as output variables to optimize the beam structure. After optimizing the structure of the beam and the static calculation, the analysis shows that the response surface optimization can greatly improve the strength and stiffness of the beam.Finally, the reliability of the beam structure is analyzed, and the steps of six-sigma reliability analysis are introduced in detail, which provides reference for the reliability analysis of other structures. The reliability analysis results show that under the same working conditions, the structure of the Mi type beam is more reliable than that of the W type and the O type beam structure. providing reference for improving the reliability of the beam structure and the manufacture precision and reliability of the machine tool.
