| Wood plastic composites (WPC) possess excellent properties of wood and plastic, widely used in building materials, furniture, logistics and packaging industries. But due to the polarity difference between fiber and resin two and poor compatibility, so the performance of wood plastic composite materials limited increase.This paper uses linear low density polyethylene and low molecular weight as the matrix resin, in aqueous suspension grafting, prepared by linear low density polyethylene double monomer graft copolymers of LLDPE-g-(MAH-St) and the three monomer graft copolymer LLDPE-g-(MAH-co-St-BA), and for the PVC based wood plastic composite material.The process conditions of suspension grafting of LLDPE-g-(MAH-St), to determine the optimum reaction conditions:reaction temperature 90 ℃, reaction time 3h, initiator BPO and LLDPE mass ratio 0.03, monomer mass and the mass ratio of LLDPE 1.5, the monomer mass ratio of 1:1, the experimental conditions, can be the graft rate of graft copolymer was up to 6.64%; and the synthesis of LLDPE-g-(MAH-co-St-BA). Through the FTIR spectroscopy characterization of the graft, results show that as the target product.The two kind of graft copolymer which prepared as a compatibilizer PVC wood plastic composite material, studied two compatibility effects, agent on PVC wood plastic properties and water absorption properties of mechanics of composite materials. The results showed that: the mechanical properties of wood plastic composite materials add compatibility agent are better than that without the addition of compatibilizer properties of wood plastic composite material. The bending strength of the composite containing three monomer graft copolymer 93.9MPa, than add compatilizer sample increased by 24.6%. The mechanical properties of the composites adding three monomer graft copolymer is slightly better than the mechanical properties of the composites with double monomer graft.Thermogravimetric analysis showed that thermal stability:add two kinds of wood plastic composite compatibilizer were lower than that of the blank sample, shows that the addition of Compatibilizer on the thermal stability of composites have adverse effects.Scanning electron microscope results show that:adding compatible interface of wood plastic composite agent together closely, the wood plastic composite material compatibility is improved. |
