Research Of The Application Of The Tuscan Country Style In Lady’s Home Wear Design

Tuscan country style describes the simple architectural style and the surrounding natural environment in Tuscany. It represents an ancient Mediterranean pastoral style. In this paper, after analyzing the Tuscan country style, the artistic elements of the Tuscan country style are grouped into two aspects that are color and pattern. Through the in-depth analysis on the color and the pattern of Tuscan country style, the main features of it’s color and pattern are summarized, and then the relationship of the Tuscan country style, the home life culture and the home wear are analyzed. Finally, the color and the pattern of Tuscan country style are used in the design of the lady’s home wear. In this paper, two collections of lady’s home wear are designed. And then according to these collections, the means of application of the color and the pattern of Tuscan country style in home wear design are analyzed. Thus the innovation of the home wear design is explored. The home wear using the color and the pattern of Tuscan country style is expected to bring the unique aesthetic experience for people’s home life.
