There are a large number of high oil content seeds in our country. With the rapid development of oil industry, both at home and abroad have begun to various oil fruit with cold vats system of various oil or hot pressing method. In the process of making oil, oil fruits are often not fully utilized. Will biopsy before oil fruit, fruit will be very beneficial to oil baked Fried and squeezing. But the existing slice processing equipment backward, inefficient production, oil in fruit oil loss in slicing process waste is very serious. Therefore developed a highly efficient and reliable slicing machine equipment is necessary.Paper first to domestic and foreign existing slicing machine to understand the advantages and disadvantages in comparison, and then combined with high oil bearing fruit oil physical properties of the determined the straight line reciprocating slices as the best way of cutting. Then puts forward four kinds of different cutting mechanism, the fuzzy evaluation method and comprehensive evaluation method to choose the offset slider-crank mechanism as the cutting mechanism. In order to maximize utilization of resources, aiming at the feature of high oil, type and shape of the cutter blade is analyzed and compared, and choose the optimal blade and appearance. Then by soildworks modeling, import the ADAMS dynamics simulation of slicing machine, determine the optimal cutting speed, cutting time interval, through kinematics analysis affecting the rate of broken the main reason for the vertical direction of mechanical vibration.
