Heishan Mine is a large magma intrusion type vanadium-titanium magnetite beds, open-pit mining to+650m level, underground design uses no bottom pillar sublevel caving mining method. Focusing on improving productivity and reducing transition ore loss and dilution needs, this paper carried out research in the following four aspects:Firstly, granules flow parameters measured, analyzed ore quality of caving, and use of the "Three Laws" (ground pressure activity patterns, rock caving law and granular flow pattern) adaptive principles, preferably a variety of mining methods stope structure parameters.Secondly, according to Heishan iron ore body condition and stability characteristics, Analysis of the current mining method to branch the inadaptability of the ore bodies, Put forward combined with sublevel open stoping-caving mining method of mining plan.Thirdly, for different ore conditions, proposing use of induced caving techniques to form technical solutions covering layer. For the hanging wall ore, with the first mining area piecewise continuous mining-induced rock slope naturally formed covering layer; For many branches ore pit at the bottom, More segmented control of mining induced rock formation of natural caving covering layer. Thus lifting the waste rock backfill for underground production constraints relations, effectively releasing the underground capacity.Fourthly, according to the yield convergence needs, in order to improve underground production growth rate by down production time, arrange mining sequence and quasi order process by three segments mining at the same time.Through systematic study of the above, the development of a method for determining the appropriate mining methods and ore stope structural parameters of various types of conditions for Heishan iron transition from open pit to underground mining provides a safe and efficient technical support. Various types of ore mined plan proposed by the present study, have been adopted by the mine, is being implemented.
