This paper studies and discusses the operation and monitoring of the "+A/O" process in the process of "air flotation +CASS" in the treatment of dairy wastewater. By comparing the sewage treatment capacity, the water quality index, the sludge quantity and the operating cost, the article puts forward the suggestion that the milk product production enterprise comprehensive wastewater treatment technology choice, and guides the stable operation of the enterprise sewage treatment.Through monitoring and analysis, the total drainage wastewater monitoring factor PH range is 7.40-7.58,COD range is 11.1~20.8mg/L, SS range is 6.8~9.5mg/L, BOD5 range is 4.5-7.2mg/L, NH3-N range is 1.17~1.24mg/L, Total nitrogen range is 7.46~7.49mg/L,Range of animal and vegetable oil is 0.13-0.16mg/L, range of total phosphorus was less than 0.01 mg/L,which is in accordance with the local standard of Henan Province standard,"the provincial water pollutant discharge standard" (DB41/777~2013) in the table 2 emission standards, but also in accordance with the "urban sewage treatment plant pollutant discharge standard" GB18918~2002 A standard,and the sewage treatment system stable operation.As far as whole sewage treatment system is concerned, the removal rate of COD was 99.6%, the removal rate of SS was 99.6%, the removal rate of NH3-N was 96.2%, the removal rate of total nitrogen was 99.9%, the removal rate of wastewater was 73%, and the removal rate was 99.7%.Per ton operating costs decreased significantly,67.5% decline compared with the previous process, a substantial reduction in the amount of the sludge, daily average decline was 86.7%, not only reduce the cost of Sinotrans treatment, but also reduces the risk of environmental pollution.The process of "anaerobic +A/O" is feasible and efficient, and its operating cost will be greatly reduced. It should be vigorously promoted and applied, and it will bring good economic benefits to the enterprise.
