In the modern environment, electromagnetic wave radiation threatens the health of human body. At present,One of the hot spot of research is to develop and research which can shield the electromagnetic wave of clothing. However, electromagnetic shielding clothing in order to meet serviceability, design of all kinds of holes, seams,affected the shielding effect of clothing. So this article discusses holes, seams in clothing design influence on electromagnetic waves, Present clothing hole by using the method of simulation, the distribution of electric field around the seam.Study holes, seams area of electromagnetic shielding clothing shielding effect.Firstly, this paper introduces the principle of electromagnetic shielding, shielding principle of clothing.Analyzed the influence factors of electromagnetic shielding clothing shielding effectiveness.According to the influence factors of shielding effectiveness,from the aspects of the structure of the clothing, to extract the clothing structural design of the characteristics of holes, seams, clothing hole, seam area model is set up. Using electromagnetic simulation technology, simulation of plane electromagnetic wave emission, such as analog electric field distribution of the holes, seams area, holes, seams and selected areas of the part, simulated select point size of the electric field, and calculate the electromagnetic shielding effectiveness of the value of these.Secondly, the paper design the actual experiments, the accuracy of the simulation result is verified.According to the scheme selection of stainless steel blended fabric, and according to the characteristics, holes, seams made experimental samples, waveguide method is used to measure the shielding effectiveness of the sample values, and finally compare actual results with the simulation results, the accuracy of the simulation result isverified.Finally, using the simulation of the electric field distribution, and the calculation of the electric and shielding effectiveness, to describe the distribution of holes, seams area shielding effectiveness value, it is concluded that the hole in the electromagnetic shielding clothing, sewing on the electromagnetic shielding clothing shielding effect have a certain influence. In order to improve the electromagnetic shielding clothing shielding effect,points out that in the clothing design should avoid as far as possible in the open hole and seams.
