The yarn tension is involved in the process of textile weaving processing parameters,the quality in the process of textile fabrics、the production level of efficiency and subsequent processing are directly affected by the size of the yarn tension and tension stability.If the yarn tension is too large,will make the elastic yarn elongation, and the rate of breakage will be increased;If the yarn tension is too small,the roll forming will be affected.Therefore,we will need very accurate dynamic tension of yarn size adjustment in the textile manufacturing process, While the current domestic yarn tension control device is mechanical,not only the low accuracy is difficult to control yarn tension size,but also the quality of spinning will be affected by the wear to yarn.According to the above problems,a dynamic regulation of yarn tension send yarn machine is designed in this paper,The specific studies are as follows:This dissertation describes the status of research and development at home and abroad as well as the source of the subject and the significance of the study.A motor control based on STM32F407 type yarn tension control system is proposesed by the analysis of the yarn in send yarn machine transfer send yarn tension in the process of production and the composition.The whole research plan of the yarn tension control system is put forward by the basis of research and analysis,the specific divided into data acquisition module design,control and execution module design, man-machine setting module design, control module design.In the data acquisition module design, this dissertation chose a strain type yarn tension testing device for real-time detection of yarn tension.In the control and execution module,by studying the mechanism of yarn tension and influencing factors a motor control type yarn tension control devices is proposesed by regulating the speed of the motor to change the size of the yarn tension.In the man-machine setting module design,this paper adopts the touch screen to send the yarn tension in the display and setting.On the hardware development of the yarn tension control system,this dissertation mainly has carried on the main control chip circuit,inverter drive circuit,interface circuit on the yarn tension sensor and some related external circuit,protection circuit and the design of the human-computer interaction interface circuit.On the software design of the yarn tension control system,this dissertation mainly has carried on the master controlprogram,timer interrupt service program,function modules and the MODBUS communication protocol design of the program.Finally,the dissertation carried out the simulation validation of permanent magnet synchronous motor control system in MATLAB Simulink and has set up a experimental platform for the anlysis of the waveform of the yarn tension control system for motor rotation,and the system simulation and the waveform analysis show that the accuracy of the design of the motor control study of dynamic yarn tension system.
