In this article, we will take the sublance control system of steelmaking converter in new system of BAOTOU steel as the research object, which used for temperature measuring and sampling, it mainly deeply expounded and studied the measuring principle and automatic control design idea of sublance and a brief introduction of the equipment. Steelmaking is a complex smelting process, and some interference factors caused a certain influence in the process of sublance measuring. Now based on sublance process and control theory, and combined with the steelmaking process and the defects of measurement in the daily production,studied the main factors affecting the sublance lifting, oxygen contend furnace temperature and carbon content, has designed a new control scheme for the sublance control system,namely fuzzy control scheme, and then to complete the program editing and data processing by Siemens Step7 programming software.Sublance as an important measurement tools of the converter, aimed to achieve the dynamic and static control of converter steelmaking, to improve the efficiency and precision of the endpoint temperature and carbon content control. The application of this plan at the scene really demonstrates the robustness of fuzzy control, makes the sublance system has good flexibility and adaptability in the measurement speed and depth control, and improves the use rate and success rate of measurement of the sublance.
