With the rapid socio-economic development, people’s accelerated pace of life,more and more people feel more and more difficult towarding work, family and life,having big pressure every day, so many people are plagued by irritability, anxiety, and even depression.Depression is a syndrome characterized with significant and lasting mood disorders. This disease makes people depressant, irritable, insomnia, hard to concentrate, seriously affecting people’s lives and work, and some people may even end their lives. This disease is now mainly rely on medication, but antidepressant drugs cause side effects, many adverse reactions, have induced seizures, aplastic anemia, serotonin synthesis et al., involving the digestive system nausea, vomiting,diarrhea, and some even cause irreversible damage. Therefore a treatment without side effects or minor side effects on the human body is urgently needed to develop.In the present study,choose milk-derived peptides with a variety of nutrition and health functions as the base material,banana juice and medicinal and edible mint leaf juice, Acanthopanax extracts as accessories, citric acid, sucrose as seasoning, use single factor and orthogonal experiment to develop a new beverage, and use animal test to evaluate its anti-depressant function, preliminarily screening antidepressant effect of beverage by mouse tail suspension test and forced swimming test, and then modeling by chronic unpredictable mild stimulation, further evaluating the antidepressant effect of the beverage by open-field experiments,determination of sucrose partial addicted degrees,the content of DA, NE, 5-HT and SOD, MDA of the brain of mice measured by kit. The main conclusions are as follows.The test select trypsin and neutral protease,use the optimal hydrolysis conditions to digest skimmed milk,adding β- cyclodextrin to be off bitter,polypeptide content of hydrolyzate prepared reached 36.30mg/m L,scavenging rate of ? OH reached50.06%,and then add the nutrient-rich banana juice 28%, medicinal and edible mint leaf juice 3%, Siberian Ginseng extraction( 5g/100mL) to enhance the happyantidepressant function of the milk-derived drinks,and add 8% sucrose,1.2% citric acid formulating the taste of product,eventually developed an active peptide drinks.The results showed that the beverage(1000mg/kg) can significantly reduce the time of mice tail suspension and forced swimming, recover the sucrose content of mice, significantly improve the content of DA、NE、5-HT and SOD in brain, and reduce the content of MDA.The results show that happy drinks have antidepressant effects, which is related to improving the effect of monoamine neurotransmitters and antioxidation.In this paper, the happy drinks developed have antidepressant function, have great significance on relieving people’s symptoms of depression, will bring the Gospel to people with depression.
