Iron and steel manufacturing is an important part of industrial development, but social development needs more resource conservation and sustainability. Along with the deterioration of the Earth’s environment and the increasing depletion of traditional sources of energy, we are increasingly focused on the key issues of how to energy saving and emission reduction.Heat recovery technology in steel mill played a crucial role in energy saving and emission reduction, as is well known, through the burning of coal and other fossil fuels into energy metallurgy at the same time, a lot of high-temperature waste heat, heat will result. A broad array of high and low temperature waste heat is not used, it will discharge freely into the surrounding environment and in outdoor air, not only cause a waste of a lot of energy, but also causing thermal pollution, waste on the environment. On high temperature heat, we can do simple to recycling using, but BF rushed slag water, low temperature heat resources, hard to General of heat recycling device to extraction which of heat for we by with, ultimately is because rushed slag water this a complex water of low temperature heat very easy in cooling of process in the Crystal precipitation, produced serious jam traditional of heat exchanger, and corrosion its metal wall surface and so on many tricky of problem. So, seeking a new and efficient heat transfer technology to extract residual heat in slag-flushing water has become a very valuable research.The blast furnace slag water flashing in a large space for pure steam, and the pure cold water chiller and heat to get the user requirements for the purity of water, this way of thinking can be used to achieve the efficient use of water for blast furnace slag. This article from the steel mill blast furnace slag water heat to start, with vacuum phase-change heat transfer technology as core, explains the technology theory and application of heat transfer process.
