Along with the upper part coal resources used up gradually, the alluvium traversed by the shaft lining becomes thicker and thicker along with the development of deeper mine construction. This, naturally, has caused the ground pressure to act on the shaft lining to become much greater constructed in deep alluvium. To resist the huge ground pressure the ultimate bearing capacity of the shaft lining must be greatly improved. So high-strength concrete has been adopted in the shaft lining structure design.In order to analyze the mechanical properties of high-strength concrete shaft lining, the three-parameter strength criterion is used to obtain the theoretical solution of the ultimate bearing capacity of the high-strength concrete shaft lining, and the analytical expressions among stress, radius and the loads in both elastic and plastic regions. The computing results have been verified by experimental results.Mechanical analysis of coal mine shaft lining with fluid-solid coupling theory based on three-parameter strength criterion. The results show that:the ultimate hydraulic that the shaft lining can bear with the increases of β gradually decreases, and the hoop stress of the shaft lining is about 2.4 times of the uniaxial compressive strength of concrete cubes when β takes 0.2; However, the ultimate bearing capacity of the shaft lining is the largest, and the hoop stress of which is about 2.7 times of the uniaxial compressive strength of concrete cubes without considering the effect of permeation. Thus, the permeation has a significant effect for the stress distribution of the shaft lining.The analyzing and calculating results demonstrate that:the three-parameter strength criterion that is used to analysis the mechanical properties of high-strength concrete shaft lining is more applicable. It provides a theoretical reference for the structure design and calculation of the high strength-concrete shaft lining.
