Drilling technology in the coal industry under the continuous progress of innovation and development,in which the stability of the wall structure has been a hot topic for researchers to explore.In order to study the mechanical properties of the interaction between the borehole wall structure and the soil and groundwater,it is necessary to simulate the triaxial high-strength borehole wall with the simulated test.The three-axis high-strength borehole wall test loading device is simulated by means of a computer program by simulating the amount of force in the underground wall as much as possible.Based on the analysis of the defects of the original triaxial experimental loading device(40Mpa),this paper proposes a new triaxial high-strength shaft wall experimental loading device with a bearing capacity of 60MPa.Based on the principle of loading test of the borehole wall model and the structure of the original loading device,a new triaxial high-strength shaft wall experimental loading device is designed.The device can simulate the contact force between the borehole and the underground soil.Therefore,the research and development of the new triaxial high-strength shaft wall experimental loading device has opened up a new thinking for the loading method of the mechanics model test of the mine wall structure.This paper mainly from the following three aspects:Firstly,the elastic theory analysis of thick-walled cylinder in "material mechanics1"is introduced,and the thickened wall thickness of the loading device is calculated by using the deduced formula.The thickness of the upper and lower end caps is calculated by " Design "in the surrounding solid plate calculation of the flat plate;screw model number is the reference to the" mechanical design manual "for theoretical calculations to verify.Secondly,the solid size of the cylinder is calculated by ANSYS finite element software.The thick-walled cylinder can meet the requirement of bearing capacity under the pressure of 60MPa,but the stress concentration in the middle of the cylinder is improved.This phenomenon stiffens the middle of the thick-walled cylinder and gives the height and thickness of the ribs.Finally,the casting technology of the loading device is described.Through the study found that the wall thickness of 72mm,the upper and lower flat end cap 85mm thickness and 12.9 grade M30 reinforcement screw to meet the expected load capacity of 60MPa,another numerical simulation found in the middle of thick-walled cylinder to increase the thickness of 38mm,height 100mm rib energy Effectively improve the central part of the cylinder stress concentration phenomenon.
