The paper designs a permanent magnet synchronous motor with nested outer-rotor,it have a novel structure,and save energy obviously.It can help to reduce the production cost of oil field.Nested outer-rotor permanent magnet synchronous motor is composed of double inner-rotor motor and a outer-rotor motor.It can make full use of the space inside the motor. Compared with single outer-rotor motor of the same size, it’s output torque increases obviously. The paper introduces the calculation theory of the motor, studies on the inhibiting methods of the cogging torque of permanent magnet motor. In the paper, the main research work of permanent magnet synchronous motor with nested outer rotor are as follows:1. This,paper introduces the structural features and design principle of low speed and high torque motor.2.According to the commissioning party proposed nested outer-rotor permanent magnet synchronous motor’s nominal parameter,the paper introduces the main steps and calculation theory of permanent magnet motor design, and according to the theory of motor designes Matlab program of the motor’s parameters calculation.The paper get the related design parameters of the nested outer-rotor permanent magnet synchronous motor through optimizing the calculation again and again.3.The paper establishes the motor model in RMxprt module of the Ansoft,and stud ies the weakening method of the cogging torque in the nested outer-rotor permanent magnet synchronous motor rotor, and analyzes the change of output torque of the motor with the main parameters’ variation of the motor through establishing the motor model.4.The paper shows the drawings of the motor design and further explains the concrete structure size of the motor, and estimates the cost of the motor’material.
