Ginkgo biloba itself is full of treasure. It has multiple functions associated with medicinal research, diet, material use, ecology and arts. Ginkgo biloba has high value of economic growth, scientific research, pharmaceutical and environmental protection, etc. In recent years, a number of studies have showed that ginkgo biloba contains a variety of medicinal ingredients, rich in the flavonoids. This research analyzes the influence factors of the flavonoids which extracted from ginkgo biloba leaves. The results using the near-infrared spectral technology to detect its content rapidly, which aims at improving the efficient use of ginkgo resources in China.Using ethanol to extract flavone from ginkgo biloba leaves can reduce costs, it has a simpler procedure,Its extraction rate is much more higher, which also meets the environmental requirements and it has a wide application prospect. This extraction method is the mainstream of ginkgo industry in China. In recent years, near infrared spectrum technology which emerges in large numbers is becoming more mature. It has been widely used in the qualitative and quantitative analysis. This topic is mainly based on the technology of using ethanol to extract flavonoids from ginkgo biloba, using near infrared spectroscopy to take a rapid and nondestructive check on flavonoids. The specific research results are conclusion as follows.1. Ginkgo leaves of the flavonoid content in different periods. For ginkgo biloba powder itself characteristics and medicinal value, this paper determines the total content of the ginkgo biloba flavonoids as the main indexes. Through the different season sampling study found that ginkgo biloba samples of the best gathering time was in early September, including 20 cm diameter ginkgo biloba leaves had the highest content of flavonoids.2. The nondestructive testing method.By using partial least squares method to the spectral information of ginkgo leaf, total content of flavonoids in accordance with the established forecast model, after inspection determine coefficient:R2 = 0.997, the root mean square prediction error:RMSEP = 0.239, the root mean square error correction:RMSEC = 0.078, the prediction data residuals between±0.1, which to predict concentration samples relative error is less than one percent, the results show that the prediction model is of high correlation, the forecast effect and meeting the requirements.3. To explore the extraction process parameters. In this paper, through the method of single factor experiment to optimizate of extraction process which determined the flavonoids from ginkgo biloba leaves on influence factors of extraction process, to choose the optimal experiment scheme, to improve ginkgo biloba flavonoids extraction yield.Study the best extraction condition is under 60 degrees Celsius of the temperature to dry processing of ginkgo biloba, and then ginkgo leaf crushed more than 200 particles, ginkgo leaf flavonoids to extract with thirty percent ethanol solution, adding 0.4 mol/L sodium hydroxide concentration, extracting time around 15 minutes, and then use spectrophotometer measured at 510 nm absorbance values of the sample under test.
