With the rapid development of reform and opening up, modernization construction, the safety production of enterprises has been put into an important position in the national economy. Enterprise’s safety production is not only closely related to the people’s life and property safety, but also the national overall reform and social stability. Many safety accidents occur in our country every year. Especially in recent years, some major enterprise security incidents has brought a very bad influence on our economic and social development, which interferes in the smooth running of an orderly society seriously.Enterprise employees’ behavior security system is a complex system which is interrelated and interaction. In this paper, methods of complex system theory are used to study enterprise employee behavior security system, such as Structural Equation Model, Lotka-Volterra Model, Voronoi Diagram and so on. The research shows that the safety of the enterprise is closely related to the employee’s safety awareness and safety behaviors. Safety awareness is a kind of ideology existing in human brain, which is a reflection of people’s unsafe behaviors and unsafe state as well as unsafe condition of environment. It plays a dominant and guiding role on people’s safe behaviors. What so-called “behaviors change with consciousness”, only we realize the danger of accidents and the importance of security all the moment, we can prevent violation operations in the production effectively, which could remove the risk factors from the source. Therefore, a strong sense of security plays a decisive role on the daily safety production of enterprises. This article takes employees’ safety awareness effected by person, equipment and environment under behavior security system into consideration firstly, data are collected via questionnaire investigation into employee’s safety awareness. Then, Structural Equation Model is applied to analyze and study factors influencing employees’ awareness using quantitative and qualitative methods. After that, Lotka-Volterra Model is introduced to describe the dynamic relationship of the population. On this basis, the continuous nonlinear competition model and cooperation model of safety awareness is constructed from different angles, respectively. Under different model systems, the influence of the parameters’ change on the balance state and the practical significance of the model system are discussed. Thus, the model system in line with the actual situation and the desired model system can be found through the different combination and optimization of parameters. Besides, numerical simulations are given to verify the theoretical results. The simulation results show that the Lotka-Volterra cooperation model can conduct the safety awareness of the swarm to increase consistently. Next, according to the concept of r-limited Voronoi, the safety awareness of based on r-limit Voronoi is put forward to describe the situation of the swarm safety awareness. And then, the colonial potential function of safety awareness is put forward to optimize model and Voronoi partitioning of the swarm safety awareness are given under the initial model and optimized model. Finally, the corresponding research conclusions and suggestions are proposed.
