Research On The Influence Of Enterprise Safety Incentive Mechanism On Employees’ Safety Behavior

The occurrence of accidents is largely caused by people’s unsafe behaviors.Therefore,unsafe behavior is a hot topic in today’s society,and it has been discussed by people from all walks of life.Even in different industries,safety behavior has always been regarded as the premise of preventing safety accidents.The main body of the operation of chemical enterprises is front-line employees.The rapid development and efficient production of enterprises are inseparable from the high safety awareness and good safety behaviors of front-line employees.Consciousness dominates behavior,so safety consciousness is one of the main factors influencing all safety accidents.Based on the study of the current situation of employees’ safety behaviors in enterprises,this paper combines management science,behavioral science and other related disciplines to study the influence of safety incentives on safety behaviors.Based on the analysis of the concept,theory and current situation of safety incentive and safety behavior at home and abroad,this paper discusses the relationship between safety incentive and safety behavior.At the same time,on the basis of summarizing the previous research results on safety incentive and safety behavior,and taking the chemical industry as the background,this paper studies the influence of safety incentive on employees’ safety consciousness,and then produces the effect on employees’ safety behavior.This paper takes frontline employees of a state-owned chemical enterprise as the research object,and adopts questionnaire survey to obtain the views and attitudes of the research object on the relationship between safety incentive and safety behavior.The structural equation model was used to analyze and study the data collected from the questionnaire survey.Combined with the characteristics of the chemical industry,opinions and Suggestions on the influence of safety incentive on employees’ safety behavior were put forward.It is hoped that the research results of this paper can help chemical enterprises,strengthen the internal connection between the influence of enterprise safety incentive on safety behavior of employees,improve the safety behavior of employees in chemical enterprises and improve the safety management efficiency and management level of management personnel,and have a good reference significance and guiding role.
