In the current study of sports motion, movement by the collision accidents or fall and other factors will cause damage to the human skeleton, people in the movement process of conscious by wearing sports equipment to reach the purpose of body damage. Currently on the market a lot of motion and collision protection products, the protective performance is uneven. Some products’ protection performance exceed the actual demand, not only increase the material cost and waste of resources, while others are not up to the requirements of the protection movement, bringing a lot of unnecessary damage, some damage even affect their life a lot. In order to develop a more reasonable protection products, it is necessary to study the protective performance of the products, and the research system in this field is not perfect,In this regard, this thesis mainly constructs the research system from the bio-mechanics, sports damage theory knowledge to the model establishment, clothing composite material test experiment as well as sports collision protection clothing product development.The main research are as follows:First of all, based on the theory of human bio-mechanics, sports injury combined with a lot of research literature and for low velocity impact, the principle of test instrument of analysis, establish the motion and collision protection performance of the experimental parameters(maximum residual impact force);The muscles and clothing composite material as a whole is a visco-elastic material to protect the bones, and then introduce visco-elastic materials mechanics model and the law of conservation of energy to establish a sports collision protection model.Among these, the protective effect of muscle is stable, the combination relationship of muscle and clothing composite as fixed, after the combination of the overall motion collision protective performance depends in clothing composite motion and collision protection performance. Next, analyze the clothing composite sports impact protection performance test.Through the experiment of low speed impact test to measure the performance of the protective performance of sports collision, we found that the relationship between the two can be established, the application of data processing and analysis software to establish the transformation relationship with the sports collision protection model.At last, the model is applied to obtain the requirements of the performance of the movement of the horse, which is used to converted into motion and collision protection performance of the experimental index maximum residual shock force; combined with the impact test and compound optimization experiment to obtain the suitable clothing composite.In the development of horse moving collision protection trousers, taking into account the actual movement, the styles and structure need to be optimized design and manufacture of, after the completion of the production, make a subjective evaluation of human comfort, make it not only meets the wear ability, but also has certain practicability.Based on the theory of visco-elastic materials, this paper makes a study on the production of the protective trousers for the riding sport and finally construct a set of research system, which is applied to the study of the protective performance in clothing composites.Therefore the research has a certain guiding significance to the study of other sports protective clothing.
