Steel making- continuous casting in the production process of the whole steel smelting process in the upstream of smelting production,it is very important key link in the process of iron and steel smelting production, The production process characteristics of real-time,continuity, high temperature requirement is higher,With uncertain factors such as physical and chemical changes.Qingdao special steel co., LTD., the author of this paper for steel making-continuous casting production process equipment layout, a workshop production scheduling problem in traveling crane aspects research. The main work is as follows:(1) the crown at home and abroad research achievements in the field of job scheduling system is analyzed, and the crane scheduling problem compared with the traditional job shop scheduling problem, for steel making-continuous casting production process to transit the characteristics of vehicle scheduling problem is analyzed.(2) the origin to the development of the genetic algorithm to carry on the simple elaboration, detailed introduces the genetic algorithm in the process of coding and genetic, cross operation.(3) according to the actual production process of special steel co.,LTD. Qingdao data, the steel making continuous casting production process simulation model is established, and the simulation analysis, the results show that the simulation model is effective.(4) in order to guarantee the continuity of steel making continuous casting production process, with the crown delay waiting for time to establish mathematical model and objective function is minimum. Need inthe process of crane scheduling of tasks based on task priority and travailing crane choose the car at the same time optimization problem,this paper designed a based on matrix encoding, and coding in the design on the basis of design the corresponding crossover mutation. On the basis of the above theoretical research, the use of VC + + compiled the corresponding optimization design program, optimal operation results demonstrate the effectiveness of the improved genetic algorithm.Algorithm is proposed in this paper, simulation model and rules, to improve the crown in the iron and steel smelting in the process of production efficiency, ensure the production stability, continuity has a certain reference value.
