In complex geological conditions,the problem of roof stability is often prominent,and its stability analysis and evaluation is important to efficeinet productionand safe Production of coal mine.There are many factors affect the roof stability,and it has to consider the combined effects of several factors to get the rational analysis of its safty evaluation.This paper focuses on the roof stability analysis of the first coal seam of Zhu coal feld.Use the theories and methods of struetural geology,Sedimentary Petrology,rock mechanics,engineering geology,and mathematics to the analysis research of geological strueture and roof stability comprehensive valuation on the coal seam.Research on the geological structure on the roof of the first coal seam is mainly from the charaeteristics of geological structural features,the main structural style,construction levels,and Paleotectonic stress field,and concludes the structural characteristics and the development of the law of the study area systematically.In this paper,it is used a method which combinated the qualitative and quantitative methods to analyse the factors which impacts the roof stability of the coalfeld.With the method of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, is established the fuzzy evaluation model of the roof stability of coal seam. Finally,based on thefuzzy rules,it is determined the roof stability of coal seam.
