Study On The Tablets Of Rape Bee Pollen And Its Anti-hyperplasia Of Prostate Function

In aim to develop a functional pollen tablet with extraction of rape bee pollen, maltodextrin, starch, mannitol, the inclusion propolis of beta-cyclodextrin, and so on. The extraction process of rape bee pollen, formula of pollen tablets, major index of pelleting process and resistance function of hyperplasia of prostate were studied in the dissertation, the results are as follow:1. Extraction process of wall-broken rape bee pollen1) According to results of the comparison of different extraction experiment, ethanol solution method was chosen to extract the content in wall-broken rape bee pollen.2) The single factor experiment result of the wall-broken rape bee pollen extraction was: ethanol concentration-70%, extracting temperature-50℃, ultrasound time-40min, extraction time-90min, ratio of solid to liquid-1:40.3) On the base of the single factor experiments, response surface methodology was designed to optimize the extraction process. The quadratic multinomial regression model equation of extraction ratio of wall-broken rape bee pollen (Y), ratio of solid to liquid (X1), extraction temperature (X2), extraction time (X3),ethanol concentration (X4) was:Y=57.37+2.18X1+1.84X2+0.88X3+2.82X4+1.71X1X4+2.34X2X4+1.99X3X4-4.11X12-5.32X22-4.10X32-3.83X42After the partial derivatives of the equation, the best extraction process was achieved:X1= 1:40, X2=54.3℃, X3=104.4min, X4=70%. In this case, theoretical Y= 57.57%, which deviation with the experimental result was below 5%.2. Studies of anti prostatic hyperplasia rape bee pollen tablets1) The indexes of angle of repose, buccal tablet hardness, friability, and disintegration time of the rape bee pollen tablets were designed to optimize the formula. The result of the formula was: maltodextrin-20%, starch-10%, mannitol-10%, beta-Cyclodextrin-5%, and Magnesium stearate-0.8%. The maltodextrin and magnesium stearate have great influence on angle of repose of the tablet particles. The maltodextrin and the mannitol affect the sense towards the tablet dramatically. And the starch influences the hardness, friability, and disintegration time of the tablet.2) The orthogonal test L9(34)was designed based on the single factor experiments for the best granulation and tableting process parameter, of which the four factors are maltodextrin, starch, mannitol and magnesium stearate, major indexes were disintegration time, sensory evaluation score, and angle of repose, and accessory indexes were hardness and friability. The best formula was achieved as maltodextrin-20%, starch-12%, mannitol-9%, beta-cyclodextrin-5%, and magnesium stearate-0.9%.3. Anti-Hyperplasia of prostate function of nutrition ingredients the bee pollen tablet1) The prostate wet weight and prostatic index reduce dramatically, contract with control group, and its secretion decreases also, prostate volume drops, spleen wet weight and the index decline notably. The concentration of DHT, ACP, and PACP decrease with dose dependently. The high dose group of tablet stands out as the most powerful effect of resistance on BHP. The middle dose group is similar to those indexes of normal control group. The high-low resistance effects of these groups were rape bee pollen group, unbroken bee pollen group, alcohol extract group, and tablet group, in which the last two have similar effects. The effect of Cerniton is almost the same as that of middle dose group of pollen tablet, but better than that of Qianlie kang Tablet.2) In the nutrition ingredient analysis of unbroken bee pollen and rape bee pollen tablets (of same weight of bee pollen), it is found that total sugar, protein, fat and flavone of rape bee pollen tablet all increase, except water, crude protein and VC, the double flavone appeared in the tablet.
