With the deepening of oilfield development in our country, it is difficult to use hypotonic deeply buried oil recoverable reserves will gradually become an important growth point. D ue to high temperature and pressure because of the special nature of low permeability reservoir geological conditions, to exploit a series of new problems and challenges. C urrently, low permeability reservoir development level with the level of awareness a nd high permeability oil field there is still a gap between the ultra- low permeability and low permeability reservoir of reserves adequate use of them, and to achieve efficient development, it is necessary to correctly understand hypotonic reservoir charac teristics, to address the constraints of these reserves are difficult to use and efficient development of technical issues has important practical significance. This article ditch west kernel oil zone periphery oilfield as an example, for ultra-low permeability oil field development techniques are studied, the main research contents and results are as follows:(1) Analysis of the low permeability reservoir oil testing process, presented PT and RTTS packer is one of the advantages of PR type test packer, prepared oil, high temperature, moderate price vulcanized rubber, which use temperature 175 ~ 200 ℃; slip seat seal design and optimization methods, anti-slip seat seal design: KaVo tooth structure using a carbide block inlay welding technology, the packer sit hanging and carrying capacity greatly improved. By using the site to achieve good results.(2) Introduced a low-cost ultra- low permeability oil and gas fields in line with the requirements of the drainage method easy to operate; analysis of the high-temperature ultra- low permeability wells seal layer technology to solve high-temperature ultra- low permeability wells, high temperature, high carbon dioxide content, cementing seal blocking the low success rate, the formation of a suitable high-temperature ultra- low permeability wells plugging technology.(3) For high-temperature sealing layer of ultra- low permeability wells, optimize slurry formulation, form a super-deep well injection gray seal layer technology to optimize high temperature and pressure differential bridge plug seal layer technology, research and technology bridge plug seal coat combination with cement plugs.(4) From a comprehensive analysis of several aspects of well systems, and water policy, pressure system that the study area well spacing density slightly lower, well adaptability in general, should be suitably strengthened, and water intensity, producing a pressure difference calculation and design.
