With the rapid development of digital oilfield construction, the information of oilfield production and development work has been growing better and better. But it also has a lot of disadvantages in analysis of oil and water well. At present, although the force of the oilfield capacity construction is greater and the numbers of the oil and water well gets lager,the working strength of technicians who are charge of analysis of abnormity has been increased. This approaches to inefficient and long period, missing data. At the same time, the relevant technicians alternate frequently, this has resulted in a slow accumulation of work experiences and effects on the working quality of abnormal analysis of oil and water wells. Continued delays in this regard could have serious implications for overall development and production of oil fields. Therefore, it is urgent to develop the software system address the above-mentioned issues. Shortening the period of identification, optimizing procedures and improving essential data can reduce the working strength of technicians. These new technicians have got a quick way to accumulate experiences which enhance the quality and efficiency of the analysis too.This thesis starts with survey on the requirements and workflow proposed by the experts who are engaged in oil reservoir, oil recovery, test, and production management. Through a lot of analysis of the high-rise residential, the paper builds up a systematic research of process, function and structure. Because of Auxiliary Analysis System Of Abnormity Of Oil And Water Well needs to use a large number of existing related field data, we analyze the existing data of the production, development, test, measures. According to research results, we decide to use the Expert System combining three-tier model of knowledge architecture and special inference mechanism which designs three-tier model of knowledge architecture and frame system of relational modules,logic rules and domain knowledge. In order to enhanced effectiveness and correctness, comprehensive assessment process system is designed and implemented too. This system can evaluate the trust among partners and the coincidence degree of logic rules. Finally, this software system has been achieved by analysis of related present technology. The actual application has proved that the effect is very nice, and this analysis system are turning the page on the analysis of abnormity of oil and water well.
